2026 Northern Nevada Diversity Summit

The 2026 Northern Nevada Diversity Summit offers two full days of programming, each day structured to showcase expertise, celebrate lived experience, and bring the energy! Guided by this year's theme, Strong People. Strong Workforce. Strong Nevada., the Summit brings together faculty, staff, students, and community members from across the Nevada System of Higher Education and beyond. Session types include keynote sessions, plenary panels, breakout presentations, workshops, dialogue sessions, and poster presentations. Registration is required to attend any and all scheduled sessions.

Day One  and Day Two center workforce readiness, access, and opportunity through the lens of lived experience, identity, culture, and community. Day Two spotlights student-led contributions, showcasing community-engaged research, applied projects, and partnerships that are shaping educational and employment pathways across our state.

Use the filters below to find sessions matching your interests and schedule. Filter by Day In the Session Tags panel, select a tag beginning with "Day One" to view Thursday, April 16 sessions, or "Day Two" to view Friday, April 17 sessions. Filter by Track / Theme In the Tracks panel, browse sessions by topic area. Day One and Day Two each have their own distinct tracks. Day One Tracks (April 16) Track 1: People and Lived Experience Track 2: Education-to-Workforce Pathways Track 3: Policy, Systems, and Practice Track 4: Community and Cross-Sector Collaboration Track 5: Data, Innovation, and Workforce Solutions Day Two Tracks (April 17) Track 1: Research — Workforce Readiness & Student Career Pathways Track 2: Student Engagement — Community-Based Work, Applied Projects & Learning Track 3: Organization & Student Partnerships that Advance Workforce Readiness Filter by Session Type In the Session Tags panel, filter by format, including Workshop Session, Panel Discussion, Research Presentation, Dialogue Session, Introductory, and Intermediate. Note: "Introductory" and "Intermediate" indicate the experience level for which the session is designed. Tip: Filters can be combined — for example, select a Day Two tag and a specific track to narrow results by both day and theme.
